9. Keep your data current, and accurate

Because your employer has invested in a ToolFleet subscription, they evidently care about your safety, and the preservation of your organisation’s assets.  However, the system will only work if the data you submit is up-to-date, and accurate. So:

Try to submit data consistently, and promptly.

It should go without saying, but don’t submit inspection reports and the like if you’ve not actually done them!  It’s far better to be honest and say you’ve not done a formal inspection, than it is to log a false report.
